Green Tea Weight Loss

Great article. I just started researching green tea, and it's benefits. I never knew how complicated it could get! Apparently, there are also substances called "catechins" also that provide benefits.

I also had no idea so many people died from sepsis. Thanks again for the great info.

There is no doubt that green tea is a major health befefit when it comes to certain diseases or ailments, I think though that it should be used as an aid and people should not think that it is "the cure" to all their health problems..

Maybe one day the research will say otherwise...
